Vero Broadband has completed the acquisition of Telephone Electronics Corporation, enhancing its fiber-to-the-premise broadband services in Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee. This acquisition integrates TEC's extensive 4,500-mile fiber network, allowing Vero to reach approximately 444,000 households. TEC will operate independently within Vero's portfolio, maintaining its client-focused culture. Vero plans to invest further in TEC's infrastructure to enhance multi-gig fiber services, reinforcing its commitment to underserved communities and expanding its national growth strategy.
