The Pinecone GH-B Grinder is Built for Budget-Friendly Bulk
Briefly

Pinecone has introduced the GH-B coffee grinder to the U.S. market, designed primarily for bulk grinding in cafes, small roasteries, and grocery stores. Showcased at the SCA Expo in Houston, the GH-B is user-friendly with dedicated buttons and an adjustable knob for ease of use, even by untrained operators. Maintenance is simplified with a hinged service door and factory-calibrated 84-millimeter burrs that can grind over a pound per minute. Founder Ilan Maimon emphasized the importance of easy access to maintenance to prevent blockages, attributing issues not always to the grinder itself, ensuring it meets operational challenges effectively.
The GH-B aims for simplicity in maintenance, with a front panel that opens to expose the grinding module, allowing easy inspection and replacement.
There are endless reasons why a grinder can be blocked, and it’s not always because of the grinder. Sometimes it’s what you’ve put in.
The grinding module is installed independently of the motor, allowing easy maintenance without affecting alignment, making it user-friendly for café and retail settings.
I wanted to solve all this hassle of blockages because grinders are not so light to carry and move, making maintenance a challenge.
