St. John's basketball freshman enters transfer portal after injury riddled season
Briefly

Jaiden Glover, a 4-star recruit, has entered the transfer portal following an injury-plagued season with St. John's basketball team. After undergoing wrist surgery, he played a limited role, averaging only 2.2 points per game. His departure marks the third for the Red Storm this season, alongside Brady Dunlap and RJ Luis. St. John's is actively seeking new players, recently recruiting from the transfer portal. Glover's return to his high school recruiter, Saint Joseph's, is anticipated as the team looks to replenish its roster before the April 22 cutoff for transfers.
Glover marks the third departure from the Red Storm this season after Brady Dunlap and RJ Luis also entered the transfer portal, although Luis has made his intentions clear that he plans to pursue a pro career.
The news of Glover entering the portal does not come as a surprise to the Johnnies due to its pursuit of many guards in the transfer portal as well as its new interest in 4-star guard Acaden Lewis.
