Brad Treliving and Jason Spezza will head Canada's management team for the world hockey championship. Treliving, recently fired from the Maple Leafs, has prior international experience. Spezza, in his first international management role, has a successful playing history with Canada. Kyle Dubas will support the team while focusing on the Penguins' NHL playoff series. Canada has a strong history in the tournament, with 23 gold medals and 53 overall. The team will begin the tournament against Sweden on May 15.
