Toronto police reported four additional arrests and 88 more charges linked to a gunfight that occurred on November 11. Plainclothes officers were conducting an unrelated investigation when three individuals arrived in a stolen vehicle and opened fire at a recording studio. Those inside the studio returned fire. The suspects took cover near an unmarked police car before fleeing. In total, there have been 36 arrests, and several firearms have been seized. Four suspects were apprehended in Mississauga, with ongoing searches for three more suspects associated with the incident.
On November 11, plainclothes officers were conducting an unrelated investigation on Queen Street W. when three people arrived in a stolen vehicle and fired shots at a building being used as a recording studio.
People at the recording studio returned fire, and the suspects took cover behind an unmarked police car that had two officers inside before fleeing.
Police have made a total of 36 arrests related to the incident and seized several firearms, with four more suspects arrested in Mississauga on July 24.
Investigators continue to search for three more suspects connected to the gunfight, which has resulted in 88 charges being laid in connection with the case.
