"A Toronto masseur has been charged with two counts of sexual assault, York Regional Police say. In a news release Monday, police said the 49-year-old man allegedly touched the victim for a sexual purpose after a massage at his residence on Aug. 12. The victim then attended a swim club in Markham on Sept. 1, where she allegedly met with the suspect."
"York police say the victim was pulled towards him and touched for a sexual purpose while they spoke. The victim contacted police on Sept. 6. Upon investigation, police said they found the man was not a registered massage therapist. York Regional Police would like to encourage anyone who feels they may have been a victim of a sexual assault to come forward and report the incident to police, York police said."

The same victim allegedly met the suspect at a Markham swim club on Sept. 1 and was pulled towards him and touched for a sexual purpose while they spoke. The victim contacted police on Sept. 6. Investigators determined the man was not a registered massage therapist. York Regional Police defined sexual assault as any non-consensual contact of a sexual nature and said there may be additional victims.
