Toronto trails the Mariners 2-0 in the ALCS and Bieber will start Game 3 as the club seeks its first win of the series. Bieber was acquired for pitching prospect Khal Stephens and posted a 4-2 record with a 3.57 ERA, 37 strikeouts and seven walks in 40.1 regular-season innings for Toronto.
