Ontario Provincial Police reported one person dead following a single-vehicle motorcycle crash in the Township of Muskoka Lakes. Officers of the Bracebridge OPP detachment were called to the scene on Windermere Road shortly after 1 p.m. on Sunday. The lone rider, a 45-year-old man from Brampton, was taken to hospital and was pronounced deceased. Windermere Road was closed for several hours to allow emergency response and investigation, and the road has since reopened. The investigation into the crash is ongoing. Anyone with information or dashcam footage of the incident is asked to contact police.
