Police said the driver of the first vehicle remained on scene when police arrived, while the second driver was traveling southbound when they struck the cyclist and fled. The driver of the first vehicle remained at the scene when police arrived. The second driver, a 45-year-old, was traveling southbound when they struck the cyclist and fled. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The 45-year-old driver was charged Tuesday with failure to stop after an accident resulting in death. Police asked anyone with dashcam footage to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
