Notably, he has swung and missed only five times in 39 swings. After injuries limited him to a .456 OPS in 114 plate appearances during the 2025 season, Kasevich is attempting to regain form. His spring performance includes a .381 batting average, .435 on-base percentage, and 1.006 OPS across 11 games, including a 419-foot two-run home run against Boston on February 22.
