The victim, Daniel Amalathas, was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators initially treated the death as suspicious and later determined it to be a homicide. Two 17-year-old boys were arrested on Thursday in connection with the investigation and have been charged with second-degree murder; they are scheduled to appear in court Friday morning.
