"On Friday, police arrested two Toronto teenagers and charged them with first-degree murder, Toronto police said in a news release. The identities of the boys, aged 16 and 17, are protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. They are scheduled to appear in court for bail hearings Saturday, police said. Three other teenagers have already been charged with first-degree murder in connection with Sarr's death."
"Two of them turned themselves in to police in July, while the third turned himself in to police in August. Police are continuing to appeal for information from the public connected to the case. Staff at a community health centre in Scarborough described Sarr as a kind, hardworking teenager who had a bright future ahead of him."
