The Traitors UK returned on New Year's Day 2026 for a fourth series after the success of The Celebrity Traitors in autumn 2025. The new series introduced a twist by adding a covert fourth 'secret traitor' alongside the three revealed traitors Hugo, Rachel and Stephen. Claudia Winkleman hosted and signalled an unexpected complication for the traitors. Episodes air on BBC One from Wednesday to Friday at around 8pm GMT, with the final scheduled for Friday 23 January. The majority of filming takes place at Ardross Castle near Inverness, a 19th-century property on the River Alness surrounded by extensive parkland.
