The Stanford season opener against Hawaii is on CBS nationally, but Bay Area viewers receive the game on KPIX+ (KPYX) because the CBS Bay Area channel is airing the 49ers' preseason game versus the Los Angeles Chargers. KPIX+ appears on Xfinity channels 12, 712, and 1044, and on channel 44 for DirecTV, Dish Network, and Wave Broadband subscribers. The game is also available via Paramount+ with the Premium plan. Frank Reich returned from retirement to coach in college while GM Andrew Luck searches for a permanent replacement.
