UScellular/T-Mobile Deal Closes

Array Digital Infrastructure, Inc., previously known as United States Cellular Corporation, completed the divestiture of its wireless operations to T-Mobile for a total consideration of $4.3 billion. This amount comprises $2.6 billion in cash and $1.7 billion in debt assumed by T-Mobile. Array will retain its tower assets, which rank as the fifth largest in the U.S. Douglas W. Chambers has been appointed interim President and CEO, and the Company plans to change its ticker symbol to 'AD' on August 12, 2025. T-Mobile signed a 15-year Master License Agreement for use of Array's towers.
