Netflix is developing a sprawling universe of Stranger Things spinoff series to extend the franchise across years. Another concept reimagines Mike, Dustin, and Lucas in a Sex and the City–style 'Mike in Manhattan' series. Will Byers's coming-out scene is expanded into its own standalone series.
