Anaiya Marie, 24, will compete on Hell's Kitchen representing Delaware in the 'Battle of the States' season, which debuts September 25 at 7 pm and streams on Hulu the following day. Marie grew up in Delaware and first fell in love with food through her grandmother's holiday meals. She studied at Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte and worked at Commander's Palace in New Orleans and as a sous chef at Jason Dady's Range. She joined Biga on the Banks and was promoted to sous chef by Bruce Auden in 2024. She describes her cuisine as 'elevated soul food' and hopes to eventually work as a private chef. The winner will receive a head chef position at Foxwoods Resort Casino and a $250,000 prize.
