RuPaul's Drag Race legend confirmed to host The Pit Stop for season 18
"With just two weeks until the start of RuPaul's Drag Race season 18, the host of the reality show's official recap series The Pit Stop has been revealed, and it's a bona fide Drag Race legend. Bianca Del Rio, who won season six back in 2014, will be bringing her rolodex of hate to The Pit Stop once again having previously hosted the popular YouTube series for season 15 and All Stars 8 in 2023."
"Next year marks ten years since The Pit Stop first aired in 2016. It began as a weekly YouTube review of season eight, hosted by YouTube personality and comedian Kingsley. As the show has grown in popularity, it has been hosted by a roulette of Drag Race fan-favourite queens, including Trixie Mattel, Bob The Drag Queen and Alaska. Each week, the hosting queen is joined by another fan-favourite Drag Race alumni to discuss the events of that week's main episode."
Bianca Del Rio will host The Pit Stop recap series for RuPaul's Drag Race season 18, returning to the role after previously hosting season 15 and All Stars 8. The 50-year-old season six winner replaces All Stars 4 winner Monet X Change, who hosted for season 17 and All Stars 10. Bianca promised sharp, caustic critiques and joked that no one will be safe. The Pit Stop began in 2016 as a weekly YouTube review and has featured rotating Drag Race alumni hosts. Season 18 premieres on MTV in the US and WOW Presents Plus internationally on 2 January, with Pit Stop episodes released on YouTube every Saturday.
