"The judges' table had a special addition: Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli were joined by guest judge Jon M. Chu, director of Wicked and the upcoming Wicked: For Good. "Wicked Night" judge's scores and fan votes were combined with last week's "Dedication Night," as there was no elimination. In the end, it was time to say goodbye to Pentatonix singer Scott Hoying and his pro partner Rylee Arnold."
""It's meant everything. I'm so incredibly grateful for this," Scott said of his experience. "Rylee is my favorite person ever. I had so much fun. I learned so much." "I'm so proud of you. You did amazing this season, and I couldn't have asked for a better partner," Arnold said."
"Reality TV Star Whitney Leavitt earned the first set of 10s of the competition for her quickstep to "Popular." Three of the judges gave her and partner, Mark Ballas, a 10, leaving her just one point away from earning a perfect 40/40. However, she didn't stay at the top of the leaderboard alone for long, as gymnast Jordan Chiles also earned a 39/40, tying her as the top-scoring couple of week six."
On "Dancing with the Stars" Wicked Night, the 10 remaining couples performed to songs from the Wicked films. Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli were joined at the judges' table by guest judge Jon M. Chu, director of Wicked and Wicked: For Good. Judges' scores and fan votes were combined with last week's Dedication Night, so no elimination occurred that night. Pentatonix singer Scott Hoying and professional partner Rylee Arnold were eliminated after the combined tally. Whitney Leavitt scored three 10s for a quickstep to "Popular" and tied with Jordan Chiles as the top-scoring couple. Next week features a Halloween episode on October 28.
