Their magic is instrumental in bringing Thrawn back home, and they even secure him an undead army of zombified stormtroopers. At the end of Ahsoka' s first season, they're by Thrawn's side as he puts his master plan into action."
Ahsoka Season 2 lost Claudia Black, who portrayed Klothow, after pay disputes related to the show's production move. Season 1 filmed in Los Angeles; Season 2 will be produced in London as part of cost-cutting measures. Disney and Lucasfilm could not offer compensation that covered Black's expenses as a single mother living in Los Angeles while filming overseas. Black described the decision as difficult but acknowledged market forces and industry constraints. Klothow was one of three Nightsisters who aided Grand Admiral Thrawn and secured an undead army of zombified stormtroopers. The series may recast Klothow to preserve continuity.
