The character originated after cast members mocked Suzie's makeup and a decision to capitalise on the reaction. A YouTube video of Kori doing Suzie's makeup and offering Cameos as the persona amplified the bit. Attempts to imitate Suzie's voice exaggerated into a Mickey Mouse-like impression. Viral appearances and an Emmys look increased attention and demand for the Cameos.
