Gia Giudice traveled to Michigan to celebrate sister Gabriella's 21st birthday with a University of Michigan football game and a night out. Gia helped Gabriella's longtime boyfriend Sal orchestrate a surprise reunion by rushing Gabriella out of the apartment on a faux Costco run. The sisters returned to an apartment decorated with a banner, blue and yellow balloons, and cupcakes. Gabriella was very happy and did not notice Sal among her friends until the last second, making the emotional reunion more impactful. Gia noted she often sees similar college surprise videos on her For You page.
