Samsung TV users will soon be able to take guitar lessons from the comfort of their living rooms, with the first TV edition of the Fender Play app set to arrive in the first half of this year."

You can already use the app on a TV by pairing your iPhone or Android device to your Apple TV or Chromecast, but Samsung's native TV app is more immediate."
Fender Play will be available as a native Samsung TV app in the first half of 2026. The TV edition offers video-based lessons for electric and acoustic guitar, bass, and ukulele, with on-demand courses for multiple skill levels built around well-known songs ranging from The Beatles to Olivia Rodrigo. Jam Mode enables play-along sessions with genre-specific playlists. The service first launched in 2017 with virtual instructors and is already available on App Store and Google Play. Subscriptions cost $20 per month or $150 annually with a seven-day trial. The TV app will be limited to Samsung TVs released in 2025 or later.
