"Originating from the video game Fallout: New Vegas, Caesar's Legion is an independent faction occupying what used to be the Mojave. They're at war with the New California Republic over its control. Caesar's Legion are ruthless slavers who believe in totalitarianism, an ideology that trickles down from "Caesar," a major character named Edward Sallow. There's a long backstory to Sallow and how the Legion formed."
"In the newest episode of Fallout, our characters split up once again to push forward a plot that is (finally!) really getting somewhere. Lucy (Ella Purnell) finds herself in the clutches of Caesar's Legion, while Maximus (Aaron Moten) gets himself into serious hot water, again, after a fatal jaunt through the wastelands. Meanwhile, the Ghoul (Walton Goggins) retraces his footsteps in pursuit of the long-gone Robert House. Even in death, House's influence is inescapable."
Characters split across the wasteland as the plot accelerates. Lucy falls into the hands of Caesar's Legion, where a new Kai-sar emerges and Legion ideology and brutality are foregrounded. Maximus returns from a fatal jaunt through the wastelands and lands in severe trouble, raising stakes for his arc. The Ghoul retraces steps toward Robert House, emphasizing House's persistent influence even after death. Beyond immediate character threads, large-scale conflicts continue: the Legion versus the NCR rages, and the Brotherhood of Steel's civil war with the Commonwealth reaches decisive moments. Infighting and attempts at resolution shape the episode's tension.
