"It's time for another steamy trip to Mayfair. Bridgerton Season 4 is finally here, and with it comes a slew of new sex scenes that lend a frisky edge to Regency romance. The latest entry (its first part dropped on Jan. 29) follows Benedict (Luke Thompson), who has shown himself to be the most sexually liberated Bridgerton. But of course, he's not the only one having a good time in Season 4: Colin (Luke Newton) and Penelope (Nicola Coughlan) prove they're randy as ever."
"Just after 22 minutes, Francesca and John have sex. It's "very nice" for John, but not quite as stirring for Francesca. After she asks John if he's worried about the fact that they haven't yet conceived a child, he says a woman achieving her pinnacle (read: orgasms) can be helpful. This sets Francesca on a quest to find out exactly what a pinnacle is, getting some well-intentioned but unhelpful metaphors from her mom before Penelope gives her the real scoop."
Bridgerton Season 4 delivers heightened erotic content through interwoven character arcs involving Benedict, Colin, Penelope, Francesca, John, Violet, Marcus, Alice, and Will Monrich. Alice and Will share flirtatious in-bed banter about power dynamics and masquerade plans around 14 minutes into Episode 1. Episode 3 includes a sex scene between Francesca and John just after 22 minutes that spurs Francesca to investigate what a partner's "pinnacle" means, with Penelope ultimately explaining. Around 30 minutes in Episode 3, Penelope and Colin have a bumpy carriage encounter. Episode 4 features a charged exchange between Benedict and Sophie at about 29 minutes.
