After Janelle shares that she overreacted before to the Grinch (now going by Neal because of how "triggering" his former name is), the couple tells everyone that they're expecting a child. The twist is that it's the Grinch who's carrying the child, and a sonogram picture shows that their child will be a green little Christmas hater - just like his dad."
