All 74 Episodes of Ken Jennings's Jeopardy! Streak Are Streaming
"Ken Jennings's 74-episode Jeopardy! winning streak in 2004 stands as one the most legendary events in the history of TV game shows. It's also something that's been missing from streaming - but not for much longer. Vulture has learned that starting on Tuesday, September 9, every last answer and question that led to Jennings taking home a then-record $2.5 million in winnings will be available to stream on-demand, for the first time ever,"
"The arrival of the complete Jennings juggernaut will coincide with another first for Jeopardy! and sibling show Wheel of Fortune: New episodes of both shows will start streaming on the aforementioned platforms the day after they air in syndication. The in-season streaming launch of TV's two top-rated quizzers and the bonus retro content comes as Wheel and Jeopardy! prepare to start their respective 43rd and 42nd linear seasons on September 8."
"It is worth noting, however, that Peacock and Hulu won't have indefinite access to every new episode. Sony says audiences will be able to stream only the five most recent installments of each show. That means that next week's Wheel and Jeopardy! season openers will disappear from streaming platforms by the following Wednesday, with Tuesday's episodes leaving the following Thursday, and so on."
Starting Tuesday, September 9, every answer and question from Ken Jennings's 74-episode Jeopardy! streak and his then-record $2.5 million in winnings will be available to stream on-demand on Peacock and Hulu (including Hulu via Disney+). New episodes of Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune will begin streaming on those platforms the day after they air in syndication. Both shows will continue to air nightly on local TV stations, with Ryan Seacrest and Vanna White hosting Wheel and Jennings returning as Jeopardy! host. Peacock and Hulu will carry only the five most recent episodes of each show, removing earlier installments on a rolling five schedule.
