A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is a Game of Thrones prequel set 100 years before Game of Thrones and 72 years after House of the Dragon. It centers on Ser Duncan 'Dunk' the Tall, a young naive but courageous knight, and his small squire Egg. The series features Targaryen colors, jousting, chainmail, knights, kings, peasants, dragons, and at least one magical comet. Principal cast includes Finn Bennett, Bertie Carvel, Sam Spruell, Daniel Ings, and Tanzyn Crawford. The series will be shorter than Game of Thrones or House of the Dragon and will have a different, lighter tone with some humor.
