Rivian launched Mind Robotics, a standalone industrial AI and robotics company intended to use Rivian operations data to create a robotics data flywheel. The company secured about $110 million in external seed capital and stated belief that AI-enabled robotics can support diverse industrial applications. A trademark filing lists Eclipse partner Jiten Behl and Eclipse's Palo Alto address for the new company. It is unclear whether Rivian employees will transfer to Mind Robotics.
