""As sovereign cloud architectures become a defining priority for enterprises, we're introducing several enhancements to the Nutanix Cloud Platform that help customers meet these needs without giving up the advantages of a distributed cloud infrastructure," said Thomas Cornely, executive VP of product management at Nutanix."
""These new capabilities give customers the clarity and control needed to draw their own sovereign boundaries across distributed environments and leverage the resiliency and flexibility that distributed clouds provide," Cornely commented."
""more choice in how they run and govern infrastructure""
Nutanix released updates to the Nutanix Cloud Platform (NCP) enabling enterprises to build and operate sovereign cloud services and reduce dependence on major cloud providers. The updates target data sovereignty and vendor flexibility across distributed application estates and dark-site environments. NCP adds orchestrated lifecycle management to increase visibility over distributed clouds and provides on-premises deployment options for Nutanix Central to simplify management. Nutanix Data Lens will run on-premises to enhance unstructured data security, governance, and resilience. The features aim to let customers define sovereign boundaries while maintaining distributed cloud resiliency and flexibility.
