Microsoft released refreshed Surface Pro for Business (12th Edition) and Surface Laptop for Business (8th Edition) with Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors. The devices target enterprise AI workloads by running local AI models and Windows AI experiences with less reliance on the cloud. The 13-inch Surface Pro supports up to 64 GB RAM, up to 1 TB removable SSD storage, optional OLED panels, and 5G connectivity. Its NPU is rated up to 50 TOPS for local Copilot features such as image generation, transcription, and video enhancements. The Surface Pro keeps the detachable keyboard and kickstand design while upgrading the PixelSense Flow display with HDR, adaptive color, 120 Hz refresh, and up to 600 nits brightness. Surface Laptops emphasize battery life, AI-assisted video calls, hybrid work features, WiFi 7, multiple USB-C ports, haptic touchpads, and optional anti-glare privacy displays.
