Broadcom reported Q3 2025 revenue of $15.95 billion and net income of $4.1 billion, with revenue up 22 percent year over year and net income benefiting from a prior paper loss. Semiconductor revenue rose 26 percent to $9.2 billion while infrastructure software revenue increased 17 percent to $6.8 billion. Quarterly software growth was modest, but annual VMware-related revenue appears to have risen by about $4 billion. Broadcom indicated that 90 percent of its top 10,000 customers subscribed to VMware Cloud Foundation, though many subscribers have not yet implemented the full stack.
