He co-founded automated testing solutions company Procurity, later acquired by Infosoft Solutions. Early career roles included senior leadership at Fiserv, overseeing nearly 1,400 clients, generating over $70 million in cross-sales, and earning DNA Manager of the Year recognition. Riley aims to expand HRC's nationwide impact.
