After two years of heads-down redesigning and building banking systems, I was placed in a new group that aimed to create banking systems for an industry experiencing massive disruption due to deregulation.
There was no approved business plan, product definition documents, or product roadmap. Just a vision, foresight, and the responsibility to build systems for much larger financial institutions.
