Multiple screens setup - crashing and unusable. - eLearning
Briefly

"As a developer I have multiple screens, like most nowadays, However, I am STILL using Adobe Classic for software simulation as the easiest to use. Every now and then I try to use the new Captivate version in the hope the the screen bug would be removed. but not only does it not work with muliple screens, it crashes, it slows down even when they are set at the same resolution etc."
"arrrhhh!!! I cannot keep unplugging screens for an Adobe product to work and this is quite unacceptable in today's age. Adobe also need to include the ease of use for sofware simulation into the new captivate somehow. (ie. each mouse manipulation to be recorded in a seperate slide for a simple, quik inclusion of Text, imported ai Narration & graphics)."
Multiple-monitor setups produce persistent failures and performance problems in the new Adobe Captivate. Adobe Classic remains the preferred tool for software simulation because it provides a simple, efficient slide-per-action recording workflow. Captivate exhibits a screen bug, crashes, and noticeable slowdowns even when all monitors use the same resolution. Resolving those issues currently requires unplugging extra screens to regain stability. Disconnecting monitors is impractical for modern development and unacceptable for professional workflows. Captivate should restore Classic’s ease-of-use features by recording each mouse manipulation as a separate slide and enabling fast insertion of text, imported AI narration, and graphics, while improving stability and multi-display performance.
