The Call for Proposals is open for talks (30 or 45 minutes), tutorials (180 minutes), and posters. Proposal deadline is February 15, 2026 at 23:55 UTC+1 with no extension. The first 100 proposals receive direct feedback from the Programme team. The Speaker Mentorship Programme matches first-time and underrepresented speakers with experienced mentors to develop proposals and talks.
