The club will sign 20-year-old Norway midfielder Signe Gaupset from Brann in January for a reported club-record fee of £378,000 (€430,000). Gaupset joined IL Sandviken before turning 16, helped win a domestic double, and was voted Norwegian league player of the season after 15 goals and 14 assists in 26 games. She debuted for Norway in 2024, contributed at Euro 2025, and can play on both wings or in central midfield, progressing play from the back and creating chances in the final third.
