Pots 1 and 2 host semi-final matches. Path matchups include Wales v Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy v Northern Ireland, Ukraine v Sweden, Poland v Albania, Slovakia v Kosovo, Turkey v Romania, Czech Republic v Republic of Ireland, and Denmark v North Macedonia.
