Three of the four playoffs repeat group-stage pairings. Arsenal will face OH Leuven after beating them 3-0 on the final group matchday. Belgian debutant OH Leuven qualified through four qualifying games and produced upsets. Goalkeeper Lowiese Seynhaeve, 26, posted the highest save percentage (82.5%) and made 10 or more saves in three of six appearances.
