Kota Takai, an emerging talent from Kawasaki Frontale, has signed with Tottenham Hotspur for a £5m fee on a five-year deal. Kota Takai has become Tottenham Hotspurs' third signing of the summer window after completing his move from J-League side Kawasaki Frontale on Tuesday, joining for a reported £5m transfer fee.
