The group stage runs from Thursday 11 June, opening with Mexico v South Africa at Estadio Azteca, and ends Sunday 28 June. Knockout match dates, times and venues are confirmed through the final in New Jersey on 19 July. Ticket applications for all matches open 4pm UK time on 11 December via the Random Selection Draw until 13 January.
