Soudal-QuickStep has signed 2022 Paris-Roubaix winner Dylan van Baarle on a two-year deal following Remco Evenepoel's departure. Van Baarle, a Dutch rider, is the fourth addition to the team, joining Jasper Stuyven, Edward Planckaert, and Jonathan Vervenne. He has a successful track record, winning notable races while previously riding for Visma, Cannondale, and Ineos Grenadiers. The team's focus on the Classics is reaffirmed, as Van Baarle aims to achieve success and assist the team during Grand Tours. Soudal-QuickStep CEO Jurgen Foré expressed confidence in his capabilities and experience.
I'm incredibly excited to be joining Soudal-QuickStep, a team that I was watching on the TV when I was young, especially during Tom Boonen's days. It's a dream come true to become a member of the Wolfpack from next year. From the outside, it gives the impression of one big family, and I'm glad I will be part of it.
