Sunderland has confirmed the signing of Chemsdine Talbi from Club Brugge. The club is also on the verge of completing a £20.5 million deal for Simon Adingra from Brighton. Adingra has arrived in the North East for a medical after Sunderland agreed on a fee of £18 million plus £2.5 million in add-ons. Personal terms with Adingra have also been agreed. Despite limited goal contributions at Brighton, Adingra's skill set could enhance Sunderland's attacking options significantly.
