Ramy Rabia added a second with a header from a corner and also produced a key block to protect the lead. Mohamed Salah scored in the 52nd minute to restore a two-goal cushion. Ivory Coast pressured strongly and scored twice, but Egypt held on to book a semifinal against Senegal in Tangier.
