Randal Kolo Muani to Tottenham: Spurs in talks over loan move for PSG striker
Briefly

Tottenham are making a late bid to sign France striker Randal Kolo Muani from Paris Saint-Germain on a season-long loan with no option or obligation to make the move permanent next summer. Spurs are short in attacking areas after Dominic Solanke suffered an ankle problem, leaving Richarlison as the only recognised number nine. Solanke missed the recent home defeat to Bournemouth and could be sidelined for up to two weeks, with manager Thomas Frank describing the issue as slow to progress rather than a re-injury. Kolo Muani, 26, has struggled for regular game time at PSG after joining from Eintracht Frankfurt for €90million in 2023 and spent last season's second half on loan at Juventus, where he scored 10 goals and provided three assists in 22 appearances.

It's not like he re-injured it. It's not progressing as quickly as we hoped for, but we are still positive that it can be solved in the next two weeks.
The 26-year-old joined PSG from Eintracht Frankfurt for €90million in 2023 but has struggled to hold down a regular place in the side. He spent the latter half of last season on loan at Juventus, scoring 10 goals and adding three assists in 22 games for the Bianconeri. Kolo Muani started out at Nantes but broke out at Eintracht, scoring 26 goals and adding 17 assists in 50 appearances for the Bundesliga club.
