Michail Antonio, aged 35, is in talks with Qatari club AlSailiya and Championship side Charlton Athletic as he seeks a return to regular football. Antonio is training at Charlton's base in southeast London while negotiations with both clubs continue. He featured for Jamaica at the June Concacaf Gold Cup after recovering from a December 2024 car crash. West Ham released him in August and he later trained briefly with Leicester City before a minor setback. Antonio suffered a shattered femur requiring keyhole surgery, a metal rod and multiple bolts, and expects six to 12 months for full healing.
