Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has mutually terminated his contract with Turkish club Besiktas, with the club agreeing to pay €1.75m in compensation. The 32-year-old joined Besiktas on a free transfer after his release from Liverpool in August 2023 and still had one year remaining on his deal. He scored five goals in 50 appearances for Besiktas and won the Turkish Cup in 2024. Oxlade-Chamberlain earned 35 England caps, last appearing in 2019.
