Official: Bayern Munich announce loan of Jonah Kusi-Asare to Fulham
Briefly

Jonah Kusi-Asare extended his contract with Bayern Munich and moved to Fulham on loan until the end of the season. The 18-year-old Sweden U21 international joined the FC Bayern Campus in early 2024 after leaving AIK Solna. The 1.96-metre striker made his professional debut at 16 and progressed through Bayern’s U19s and U23s before making senior appearances, including his debut in April’s 3-0 win over Mainz and a substitute appearance in the 6-0 victory against RB Leipzig. Bayern will closely monitor his development while he gains experience in the Premier League.
After leaving his boyhood club AIK Solna, where he made his professional debut at the age of 16, the 1.96-metre-tall striker initially gained match practice in the U19s and put himself forward for the first team thanks to impressive performances with the U23s, making his senior debut in April's 3-0 win against Mainz. He also came on as a substitute again in the 6-0 win over RB Leipzig at the start of the new Bundesliga season.
Jonah has developed very well with us over the past year and a half and was able to make his professional debut in his first full season in Munich. He has outstanding potential and should now gain further valuable experience at the highest European level. We will be closely monitoring him and are convinced that he will take the next steps in his development and continue to mature at Fulham,
