Liam Delap was forced off in the 32nd minute of Chelsea's 0-0 draw with Bournemouth after landing awkwardly on his shoulder in a tussle with Marco Senesi. He left the pitch with his arm in a makeshift sling. The shoulder looks quite bad and the expected recovery time is unknown, risking another spell on the sidelines. Delap returned from a two-month hamstring absence at the end of October and has made 17 appearances since his summer move, scoring two goals but still without a Premier League goal despite 12 shots.
