Marco Rose has agreed in principle to become Bournemouth's next head coach, replacing Andoni Iraola, who will depart at the season's end. Rose has been without a club since leaving RB Leipzig last year. He is recognized for his footballing philosophy similar to Iraola's, influenced by his experience in the Red Bull group. Rose previously managed RB Salzburg, Borussia Monchengladbach, Borussia Dortmund, and RB Leipzig, winning the German Cup in his first season at Leipzig.
